We are currently seeking enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Educators to join our growing team.

THE ROLE

As an Early Childhood Educator at Raising Stars, you will:

- Provide high-quality education and care in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Create safe, nurturing, inclusive and engaging learning environments that support children's development.
- Build meaningful and respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues and the wider community.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs.
- Support children's individual learning needs, interests and developmental milestones.
- Demonstrate professionalism, initiative and a positive approach to teamwork.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and reflective practices.
- Maintain high standards of child safety, supervision, hygiene and regulatory compliance.
- For Diploma Qualified Educators, demonstrate the ability to support, guide and mentor fellow educators and contribute to room leadership responsibilities where required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS





Successful applicants must hold or be willing to obtain the following prior to commencing employment:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- National Police Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012).
- Current Child Protection training (CHCPRT025) and relevant annual refresher training.
- Gekko Child Safety Training – Foundations and Advanced.
- All About Allergens certificate.
- Food Handler training certificate.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards.
- Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
