Food & Beverage All-Rounder

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage All-Rounders to join our team at Il Mercato Centrale Melbourne!

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across different areas of hospitality and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing friendly and efficient table service as a section waiter
- Running food and drinks to tables
- Working bar shifts, including preparing and serving beverages
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across service areas
- Supporting the wider team during busy service periods

What We're Looking For

- Previous hospitality experience, ideally across both floor and bar service
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team




- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Current Victorian RSA certificate
- A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Availability Requirements

Applicants must have flexible availability across lunch and dinner services, including Friday and Saturday nights.

Pay: $33.05 – $46.94 per hour
