About the Role

Whitevision Australia is looking for our next product, marketing and PA superstar based on the Sunshine Coast.

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to work directly alongside our COO, supporting product, marketing and project operations across the whole business, as well as providing PA support. No two days are the same. You might be at a desk building a product listing or designing packaging one day, or getting hands-on with our lighting products the next.

We're after someone who wants to be part of a close-knit team and has a real passion for automotive electrical products. You'll need to be highly analytical while also being happy to roll up your sleeves. If you're reliable, adaptable and dependable, a problem solver and a thinker, and you're always keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.





This role starts as a part time position, with real potential to grow into a full-time role. There may be a hyrbid work arrangement for the right person.

What You'll Do

Marketing

- Create graphic design work including flyers, packaging, and sales and promotional materials
- Manage and update our ecommerce store, including product listings online
- Plan and run social media content and help keep our website up to date
- Build and send email marketing campaigns
- Write clear, engaging product copy that speaks to trade and retail customers

Product

- Support product cataloguing and keep product information accurate across all channels
- Manage product data in spreadsheets and keep files organised and easy to find
- Get hands-on with products at the bench to understand features, specs and applications
- Support the COO with product launches, ranging and day-to-day product operations

PA & Project Management

- Support the planning and implementation of projects across the business
- Track project tasks, timelines and deliverables, and follow up to keep things on schedule
- Assist the COO with day-to-day essentials
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items

About You

Skills and experience we're looking for

- General marketing experience
- Ecommerce experience,



ideally with Shopify or Maropost (Neto)
- Social media and website management experience
- Graphic design skills, especially flyers and packaging (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar)
- Email marketing experience
- Cataloguing and online product listing experience
- Strong data management skills, including spreadsheets and file management
- Product copywriting skills
- Experience creating sales and promotional materials
- PA, executive assistant or project coordination experience
- Excellent organisation and time management skills

Highly regarded

- A passion for, or experience with, automotive electrical or vehicle lighting products
- Experience in a wholesale, trade or product-based business
