Weekly 1:1 coaching with our Principal Chiropractor. Afternoons, Monday to Friday, in Surry Hills.

TT Chiropractic & Remedial Massage is growing, and we're looking for someone to own our front desk in the afternoons. Not someone who just answers the phone. Someone who turns a "maybe" into a booking, makes every patient feel looked after, and makes the whole clinic run better.

What you'll do





- Be the voice on the phone and the first smile at the door
- Turn enquiries into bookings, and help patients stay on track with their care
- Check-ins, payments and keeping every record spot on
- Keep reception looking great, and close the clinic at the end of the day

You're probably our person if

- You've done 1+ year in a role where you had to convert or sell: phone sales, retail, memberships, hospitality, or a front desk with booking targets
- You can hear "no", stay warm and still guide someone to a yes
- You notice what needs doing and just do it, without being asked
- You write things down and follow through
- You light up a room, and you're calm on a busy phone
- You want feedback, because you want to get better
