About LPD Surveys

Established in 2017, LPD Surveys provides surveying services across Western Australia, supporting civil construction, engineering, residential and commercial development projects.

We’re looking for a motivated Surveyor who takes pride in accurate work, enjoys a variety of projects and works well within a supportive team.

About the role

You will undertake field surveys and process survey data to support the successful delivery of our clients’ projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Completing engineering, construction, topographic and as-constructed surveys.
- Establishing and checking survey control, levels and reference points.
- Interpreting engineering drawings, survey plans and project specifications.
- Carrying out accurate construction set-out and verification checks.
- Operating total stations, GNSS equipment and digital levels.
- Processing survey data and preparing plans, calculations and supporting documentation.
- Liaising with clients, site supervisors and colleagues to meet project requirements.
- Maintaining clear field records and following company quality, safety and environmental procedures.

Skills and experience

We’re seeking applicants with:

- A qualification in surveying or an equivalent relevant qualification.




- Demonstrated experience in engineering or construction surveying.
- Practical experience using total stations and GNSS survey equipment.
- Proficiency in survey data processing and drafting software; experience with 12d and/or AutoCAD is desirable.
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and complete accurate survey calculations.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A current driver’s licence valid in Western Australia.
