CAFE ALL-ROUNDER / WAIT STAFF WANTED (CASUAL):

Are you a friendly, energetic, and experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a bustling café environment? We are looking for a reliable and punctual Casual Wait Staff member to join our vibrant team!

About the Role:

- Position Type: Casual

- Location: Fountain Gate Shopping Centre, Narre Warren.

- Hours: Weekend availability is strictly required (Saturday and Sunday), with potential for weekday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and manage table seating.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.

- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and counter.

- Assist with barista support, clearing tables, and general café duties as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience:



Proven experience working as a wait staff or in a similar customer-facing café/restaurant role is essential.

- Availability: Must be fully available to work on weekends.

- Reliability & Punctuality: We pride ourselves on teamwork and smooth service, so being reliable, punctual, and having a solid work ethic are absolute musts.

- Personality: A positive, upbeat attitude with the ability to stay calm and smiling under pressure during peak rush hours.
