Pilu at Freshwater is a celebrated Italian restaurant overlooking Freshwater Beach, known for its refined dining experience, exceptional food and wine, and warm, professional hospitality. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Section Waiter who loves their craft and wants to be part of a team that genuinely values quality, consistency and professionalism.

About the role

As a Senior Section Waiter, you’ll take ownership of your section, deliver attentive and knowledgeable service,



and help create memorable experiences for every guest. You’ll set the standard for professionalism on the floor, work closely with the wider team and contribute to the smooth running of each service.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has solid experience in a quality restaurant environment.
- Is confident managing their own section and maintaining excellent service standards.
- Has strong food and beverage knowledge, with an interest in Italian cuisine and wine.
- Takes pride in presentation, attention to detail and anticipating guest needs.
- Is reliable, positive, composed under pressure and a genuine team player.
- Wants to be part of a professional team where high standards are matched by a supportive culture.
