About the Role

- Develop and execute marketing and social media strategies
- Plan, film and edit engaging short-form videos and reels
- Create motion graphics, visual effects and branded assets
- Manage content calendars and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Write engaging captions, campaign copy and website content
- Run and optimise paid social campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
- Use AI tools to streamline creative workflows
- Track performance and report on campaign results




- Bring fresh ideas, test trends and manage projects from concept to completion About You
- 5+ years' experience in content, social media or marketing
- A strong portfolio of content you've personally filmed and edited
- Highly skilled in video editing, creative storytelling and motion graphics
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies
- Confident using AI tools and Meta Ads Manager
- Solid copywriting and analytical skills
- Self-driven, creative and comfortable presenting ideas to leadership
- Able to take ownership and turn ideas into results Experience in property, finance or lifestyle brands, photography, email marketing, SEO or CRM platforms will be highly regarded.
