Jr Team Member/ Team Member RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing amazing customer service
- Creating high-quality drinks and beverages-Barista preferred
- Preparing and serving food items in line with brand standards
- Contributing to a fast-paced and positive team environment
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the store
- Take orders and process payments.
- Restock ingredients and packaging.
- Follow food-safety and hygiene procedures, making food and preparing
- Check takeaway and delivery orders.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Able to work until 10pm SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing support and guidance to the team
- Maintaining product and service quality-Barista & fast paced preferred




- Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness
- Overseeing shift management, Food making and plating.
- Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures
- Creating a warm and welcoming workplace for customers
- Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards
- Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork
- Driving sales and focusing on customer service Work
