HVAC Technician | Learn BMS & Controls | Brisbane Ever wanted to get into BMS and controls but don't have the experience? This could be your opportunity. I'm recruiting an HVAC Service Technician for a specialist business that designs, manufactures, installs and maintains its own modular HVAC equipment. You'll still be an HVAC technician on the tools, but you'll also be learning how the complete system operates, including the BMS and controls behind it. You don't need previous BMS experience. That's the opportunity. Not your usual HVAC service role Unlike a traditional maintenance contractor, this business manufactures its own equipment. Their systems combine commercial HVAC, VRV/VRF, air handling equipment and integrated controls. You'll develop experience across:
- Commercial HVAC service and fault finding
- BMS and controls
- Remote diagnostics and monitoring
- VRV/VRF and packaged systems
- Specialist modular HVAC equipment
- Understanding how mechanical systems and controls work together Training that actually adds to your skillset The business has its own BMS and controls capability, and technicians receive training to develop their understanding of these systems. You'll have opportunities to learn controls fundamentals,

fault finding and remote diagnostics while continuing to develop your mechanical HVAC skills. Whether you want to become a stronger technical specialist, move towards controls or eventually progress into supervision, this is an prospect to broaden your experience. What's on offer?
- $110k-$120k + super, depending on experience
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
- Fuel and tolls covered
- BMS and controls training
- Further technical development
- Specialist equipment and systems
- Opportunity to grow with an expanding service operation What we're looking for We're looking for a qualified HVAC Technician with solid commercial service experience. You'll need to be comfortable with maintenance, fault finding and repairs. Previous BMS or controls experience would be useful, but isn't essential. We're more interested in someone who's technically curious, wants to learn and is looking to develop beyond standard HVAC service work. Interested? If you're looking for more than simply changing employers to do the same job, this is worth exploring. Apply now or get in touch for a confidential conversation. #SCR-nate-sanllehi-1
