This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing a robust foundation in banking operations, compliance, and customer due diligence. This position offers hands‑on exposure to key banking processes and an excellent pathway for career development within the financial services industry. You will be responsible for: 1. KYC procedures — conducting Know Your Customer checks, maintaining and updating customer information, and performing ongoing risk assessments. 2. AUSTRAC reporting — preparing SMRs, TTRs and IFTIs, reviewing data, and submitting reports for approval. 3. Proceeding daily business transaction. 4. Assisting the Business Manager. 5. Act as substitute to the relevant position when required. 6. Other assignments assigned by Supervisor, Division Manager. Who we are looking for: 1. Ideally Degree Qualified in Business, Finance,



Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. 2. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling. 3. Good understanding of (or willingness to learn) KYC, AML/CTF, CDD, and AUSTRAC reporting requirements. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). 5. Good English and Mandarin preferred.
