About the Role
Due to a secondment, we are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our busy team based in St Leonards. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role is initially offered on a full time, contract basis until July 2027. The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the management of outsourced equipment production, third party product supply and related activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with Sales to understand the products they have sold.
- Work with suppliers to get the correct products made.
- Update our delivery team on production progress.
- Work with finance to enter orders and assist with invoicing.




- Manage stock related to equipment supply.
- Manage customer returns.
- Provide backup assistance in warehouse as required. About you You are a proactive and details-oriented person with proven time management skills. You will ideally bring:
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role or be a recent graduate in a related field
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
- Robust analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
