Personal Trainer | Naidia Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Naidia who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full time hours are not guaranteed. Rent and support Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role. When you need to be available
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours. What it pays Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- What you will need Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid,



CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start. Day to day
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
