About The Business A growing Melbourne health tech business is expanding its marketing team. LinkedIn and conferences are its two main marketing channels, and they’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who has done both well and understands the tech world.

About The Role
You’ll be the generalist who keeps marketing moving: turning plans into action, keeping campaigns on track and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll own the day-to-day LinkedIn presence, help plan and run events, and work closely with the wider marketing team, Sales and Product when a campaign needs their input. This is a role for someone who can get on with things independently. You’ll have real ownership, not just admin. What You’ll Do
- Own the day-to-day LinkedIn presence: researching, writing, scheduling and publishing posts, and engaging with the audience
- Plan and coordinate conferences and events, including logistics, promotion and lead follow-up with Sales
- Write well-researched, original copy for LinkedIn, the website and campaigns
- Coordinate organic, paid and outbound campaigns end to end, from timelines and assets through to launch
- Manage the content calendar, brand consistency, designers and suppliers,



and monthly performance reporting About you
- Marketing experience in a tech or SaaS business, with an understanding of marketing a product to a business audience
- Proven LinkedIn experience, writing and publishing content that gets attention
- Hands-on events experience, from conferences to functions, from planning through to follow-up
- Disciplined, highly organised and a self-starter who follows things through
- A solid writer who produces original, well-researched copy rather than relying on AI Bonus points
- Experience with a CRM or marketing platform such as HubSpot
- Familiarity with website content management systems and tools like Canva
- B2B, health or regulated industry experience What’s on offer
