IBS Therapy Group is a therapist-owned allied health practice based in Morley. We're led by practicing directors, who remain actively involved in the practice and working directly with clients. therapy rooms and an amazing sensory room We have clients waiting across the metro area, so where you live doesn’t overly matter, so long as you pop into Morley to visit us occasionally Our clients are predominantly NDIS participants and include children, adolescents and adults with a broad range of disabilities and support needs. We attract a very broad range of referrals from early intervention to complex adults. This truly enables you to build a sustainable caseload of work you enjoy. We have an amazing admin team here to support you. We don’t mean control wrapped up to look like support – we mean actual support. Our admin team will check with you, run it by you, do their jobs and let you do yours. Our admin will handle budgets, service agreements, plan managers, forms and paperwork. You get on with the clinical work and let us know what you need.

About the Role
This role would ideally suit a contractor however we are open to discussing an employment arrangement for the right person (or if needed to meet Psych Board/Visa requirements). We are also happy to talk through both options. Ideally,



we are seeking a Speech Pathologist with a few years of experience as you will be the first Speechie of the team (though we are actively recruiting). However, as there is significant day to day support in the office from the directors, and peer support from other disciplines, along with fairly intensive external supervision in place
- we could consider less experience for the right person. Life experience and work ethic is also important. Minimum

requirements:
- Current SPA registration
- Have experience working with people with disability
- Have experience or an interest in autism, sensory differences and neurodivergent clients
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working With Children Check
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Understands best practice and the importance of good clinical documentation
- Enjoy working collaboratively with clients, families, support networks and other professionals
- Enjoy a team environment in a culture of mutual respect and genuine collaboration Remuneration & Timeframes Remuneration is $80,000–$110,000 plus superannuation for employment, depending on skills and experience. For contractors 55%–65% split, depending on skills and experience. Timeframe for commencement is ideally this year however we could negotiate an early 2027 start for the right person.
