Casual Personal Trainer | Merton We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Merton. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support. Hours you need to be free We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours. What the role involves
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.




- Pay rates Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
