About the role
We currently have positions available for reliable and passionate Home Care Workers to join our team providing care support in Coolamon, NSW. You will need to be friendly, positive and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect. You’ll also need to have a natural ability to build relationships that make a difference, be honest, helpful and dependable, making you a great asset to our team. Responsibilities will include:
- Working within a person-centred, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each client
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing and domestic duties
- Assisting clients with daily errands,



companionship and support
- Providing support with academic, social or recreational activities
- Preparing food, feeding clients and administering medications
- Observe, care and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client
- Responding to emergency situations Criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges
- Comprehensive car insurance
- National Police Check (valid within the last 1 year)
- Drivers Licence
- First Aid

Job Type
Casual Pay: $60.24 – $81.52 per hour
