We are well known for our No Fuss brand and are considered an industry leader in the home renovation door market. *The key duties of this role will be:*
- Customer Service Support
- Resolve customer issues and email enquiries
- Awareness and escalation of Online Customer Reviews
- Complaints Handling, email and phone
- Customer Service Process & Procedures documentation
- Organisation and scheduling of customer rectifications
- Warranty claims management
- Email and Callback management *This role requires:*
- Someone who can multitask across multiple platforms including in house scheduling systems, Microsoft Office and Outlook Express
- Excellent verbal communication skills, clarity of speech, and a skilled written manner for both in house and customer correspondence
- Confidence with phone systems
- headsets, using hold and transferring calls etc




- The ability to communicate details via email or other platform while actively listening and engaging with a customer
- A person who excels in time management and can distinguish priority tasks
- A person with the ability to learn products and services quickly
- The ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining a high attention to detail *About you*:
