Drive account growth & expansion, to include renewals ? Be a trusted advisor – leverage your industry expertise to guide clients on digital marketing trends ? Map and manage complex relationships – Marketing, Data and IT C-suite down to key users eg CMO, CDO, Heads of Data, Heads of Personalisation, Heads of CX and Contact Centre, Heads of Integration and Heads of Architecture ? Lead strategic account planning – identify future product opportunities ? Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with marketing, customer success,



and product teams ?
