We are looking for a hands on and passionate Head Chef. A great leader, with the ability to coach and mentor a chef team.

An experienced and dedicated Sous Chef to become part of our opening team.

Day to day responsibilities:

- Developing and maintaining service standards in a premium/refined restaurant environment to ensure a world class hospitality experience.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills - mentor, lead and develop your team
- Proven ability to thrive within a high volume, high turnover establishment
- Effective management of kitchen costs
- Continually maintain high production, productivity and customer-service standards
- Advance communication skills
- Creating and building on relationships with our guests, employees and clients
- Ability to think on your feet and have a lot of fun

What are we looking for?

- Butchery and dry ageing experience preferred
- Previous experience in cooking over a char grill an advantage
- 3 + years of proven kitchen management experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Working to standards and recipes




- A relevant Diploma qualification or at least 3 years of employment experience
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
- Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
- Ensure compliance with all OHS legislation (act and regulation)
