The Groove Train St Kilda is a wood-fired restaurant, bar & cafe opening mid-November at 73 Acland Street (corner Shakespeare Grove), St Kilda. We're looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen from day one. About the role - Lead the kitchen and bring our wood-fired menu to life - Run a tight, creative and consistent kitchen team - Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety - Help shape dishes, specials and kitchen culture About you - Experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or senior chef - Passion for fresh produce and wood-fired cooking - Strong leadership and a positive attitude What we offer - Training provided - Start mid-November - Be part of a current St Kilda venue from opening Check out our menu: https://groovetrainstkilda.au/menu/ To apply, email [email protected]
