Partisan Property Services is looking for a reliable worker to assist with residential maintenance and repairs across Melbourne’s northern suburbs. Van and tools provided.
Duties include:
- General property maintenance and minor repairs.
- Repairing doors, windows, flyscreens, cupboards and drawers.
- Plaster patching, painting and caulking.
- Assisting with carpentry, fencing and weatherboard repairs.
- Keeping work areas tidy and taking photos of completed work.
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and respectfully in tenants’ homes.
- White Card, police check and Working with Children Check.
Pay based on experience and skills.
