Chechos is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new venue in Winston Hills, and we're looking for motivated, reliable and passionate hospitality professionals to join our growing team.

We are currently recruiting for multiple positions, including:

- Floor Supervisors
- Cocktail Bartenders
- Waitstaff
- Food Runners

We are seeking individuals with a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

About the Roles

Floor Supervisors

As a Floor Supervisor, you will play an important role in overseeing daily front-of-house operations, supporting the team and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will lead by example, maintain high service standards and help create a positive and professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations during service.
- Lead, support and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist with staff training, shift organisation and team development.
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness and presentation are consistently maintained.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Communicate effectively with management and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Cocktail Bartenders

We are also looking for experienced and enthusiastic Cocktail Bartenders who are confident behind the bar and passionate about delivering quality drinks and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a range of classic and signature cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages.
- Maintain consistency, quality and presentation across all drinks.
- Provide friendly, efficient and skilled bar service.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.




- Assist with stock control, preparation and opening and closing procedures.
- Work closely with the floor and management teams to ensure smooth service.
- Follow responsible service of alcohol requirements.

Waitstaff & Food Runners

We are looking for energetic and friendly team members who enjoy working in a busy restaurant environment and take pride in delivering great guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
- Take orders and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Support the team during busy service periods.

About You

- Previous hospitality experience is preferred, particularly for supervisory and cocktail bartender positions.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- A reliable, professional and team-oriented approach.
- A valid NSW RSA competency card for positions involving alcohol service.
