We are currently seeking a mature, friendly, and engaging male Disability Support Worker, preferably aged between 40 and 45, to provide individualised support to a female NDIS participant who prefers to work with males.

We are looking for someone who can genuinely connect with the participant through shared interests and build a positive, trusting, and meaningful working relationship.

About the Participant:

The participant has a unique personality and enjoys Gothic culture, horror movies, dark-themed entertainment, and related interests. We are seeking someone who is open-minded, non-judgemental, and comfortable engaging in conversations and activities around these interests.

Ideal Candidate:

- A mature male support worker, ideally in the 40–45 age range.

- Someone who enjoys or has an appreciation for Gothic culture, horror movies, and alternative interests.

- Friendly, patient, understanding, and easy to communicate with.

- Able to build genuine rapport and encourage meaningful community participation.

- Respectful of individuality,



personal choices, and self-expression.

- Experienced in disability support, preferably with NDIS participants.

- Reliable, qualified, and committed to person-centred support.

Requirements:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.

- Working With Children Check (if applicable).

- Current First Aid and CPR certification.

- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

- Relevant disability support experience.
