Job Title: Picker/Packer

Location: Carrum Downs, Victoria 3201

About Us: We’re seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our dynamic team. If you love working in a rapid-paced environment and have an eye for detail, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

- Picking Quality Goods: Locate and select products based on customer orders. Ensure accuracy by matching goods to order specifications, whether it’s the right size of gardening tools or the freshest produce.
- Safe Packing: Pack customer orders securely for delivery. Use appropriate packaging materials such as bags, boxes, or envelopes. Safeguard fragile items with bubble wrap or foam.
- Organizing and Separating: Strategically organize picked items to minimize damage during transit. Keep bread away from heavy cans, and frozen foods together for mutual chill.
- Sealing and Labeling: Seal and label packed orders with customer details. Our commitment to accuracy ensures smooth shipping.




- Maintaining Clean Work Areas: Keep workspaces tidy, organized, and efficient.

Qualifications:

- Attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Language: English ( and if also speaking Chinese, Mandarin or Cantonese, that would be preferred)
