- The opportunity to be part of an exciting period of growth across our venue As a Chef / Cook, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality meals and exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking meals to a consistently high standard across a variety of service periods
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service
- Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control standards
- Following food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times
- Assisting with stock control,



stock rotation and minimising food wastage
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
- Assisting with preparation for functions and special events as required.

To be successful, you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a commercial kitchen environment
- A strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
- The ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
