About Us
We are a busy and welcoming hospitality venue committed to delivering exceptional food, drinks, and customer service. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Section Waiter/Waitress to join our team and create memorable dining experiences for our guests. The Role As a Section Waiter, you will be responsible for managing your own section of tables, ensuring guests receive attentive, friendly, and efficient service from arrival through to departure.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive dining experience.
- Welcome guests, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests efficiently.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Follow venue standards, food safety, and health and safety procedures. What We're Looking For




- Previous experience in a restaurant, pub, hotel, or hospitality venue preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled presentation and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- RSA Certificate (required or preferred, depending on venue).
