Playing a critical role, you'll ensure compliance with VicRoads standards, delivering work zone traffic guidance schemes, and supporting project teams with traffic control strategies. You’ll liaise with DOT, local councils, and key stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and uphold safety standards. *Nature of position:

Key Responsibilities

- Providing Traffic Management Plans and advice to a wide range of Service Stream Activities
- Developing, reviewing and updating Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGSs) using RapidPlan.
- Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with approved TMPs.
- Providing proactive solutions and value-add recommendations to clients.
- Collaborating with planning and delivery teams to meet contractual performance targets.
- Maintaining strong relationships with regulatory bodies and councils. About You:
- A certification in *Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan
* (mandatory).
- 3+ years’ experience in traffic management for complex road construction projects.
- Proficiency in RapidPlan
- Strong stakeholder engagement and report writing skills.
- Current accreditation in one or more of the following: Apply MoAs Prepare Traffic Management Plans Implement Traffic Guidance Schemes Select and Modify Traffic Guidance Schemes Design and Inspect Traffic Guidance Schemes Advanced Worksite Traffic Management (AWTM) TMD 1/2/3 (Traffic Management Designer) Skill Set Benefits of working for Us:
