This is an opportunity to take ownership of a team of four payroll professionals within a complex, high-volume payroll environment, where your technical expertise, leadership skills and ability to solve problems will make a real difference. - $130k–$136k + 17% superannuation + leave loading

- Proven experience leading and developing payroll teams
- Strong technical Australian payroll knowledge
- Experience in complex, high-volume environments
- Confidence interpreting Enterprise Agreements
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
