About the role
This office-based position combines customer service, sales support and administration. You will answer incoming calls, respond to customer enquiries and process orders received through our online store, phone and email. Working closely with our inside sales team, you will help ensure orders are entered accurately, customers receive timely updates and enquiries reach the right person.

Key responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls and assist customers or direct enquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Process customer orders received online, by phone and by email.
- Enter and process orders on behalf of the inside sales team.
- Assist with routine product enquiries, pricing and quotes.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse and service teams to support order fulfilment.




- Keep customers informed about order progress, availability and delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order details.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team. About you You enjoy helping people, communicate clearly and take pride in getting the details right. You can manage several tasks at once while keeping customers and colleagues informed. We are looking for
- Experience in customer service, administration, retail, order processing or sales support.
- A friendly, qualified telephone manner and clear written communication.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using computers, email and business systems.
- A willingness to learn about our products and processes.
