Slide Right Window & Door Specialists is looking for a Booking Coordinator to be the friendly first point of contact for our customers. If you've worked in customer service, reception or bookings, you'll feel right at home.

Slide Right services sliding doors and windows for homeowners across Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle, and we're growing. Our promise is first-class communication, a $0 call-out, and quality work with warranties on selected options. The role You're the human voice of Slide Right. You'll answer customer calls and online enquiries through Podium on your computer, capture the details accurately, and book jobs in our booking system. Then you'll confirm the time with the customer before the booking is locked in. You won't quote prices or diagnose problems, because our techs do that on site. Complaints and pricing or technical questions go to our office lead.

What you'll do

- Answer customer calls and online enquiries, Mon–Fri 8am–4pm
- Book jobs in our scheduling system (full training provided)




- Confirm every booking with the customer before locking it in
- Give every customer a clear, warm and accurate experience

What you'll need

- A reliable PC
- Fast, stable home internet
- A skilled headset for calls
- A quiet place to work from home
- All calls run through Podium on your computer You'll thrive if you
- Have customer service, reception, call-centre or booking experience (trades or home services is a bonus)
- Have a friendly, professional phone manner and type accurately while you talk
- Follow process carefully and know when to escalate
- Have used Podium or similar calling and messaging software (nice to have)

What we offer

- A$60,000–$65,000 + super
- Fully remote, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
