You'll play a key role in developing, launching, optimising and scaling multi-channel campaigns, with a particular focus on Meta Ads, alongside Google Ads and other leading platforms. From creative testing, audience segmentation and full-funnel strategies through to analysing performance, identifying growth opportunities and maximising ROAS, you'll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas to the table and make a genuine impact on client results. Working closely with talented creative, strategy and performance specialists, you'll help shape campaign direction, challenge existing approaches and continuously explore new ways to drive stronger commercial outcomes. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious agency environment, loves getting stuck into the data and has that natural curiosity to test, learn and scale what works.



If you're a commercially minded performance marketer with a growth-focused mindset, looking for greater ownership, exciting clients and the chance to do some of the best work of your career, this could be the perfect next step *WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...*
- 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing, ideally with a strong focus on paid social
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR) and how to optimise campaigns against them
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, funnel optimisation, and creative performance analysis
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear, actionable optimisation strategies
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving measurable client growth and efficiency
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and clients
