- ## The Role We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Eastland store. This role is ideal for a strong retail leader who thrives on driving sales, developing high-performing teams and delivering outstanding customer experiences. As Store Manager, you will play a key role in shaping team culture, achieving business results and representing the Hoskings brand at store level. --

Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales performance and achievement of targets
- Coach, mentor and develop your team to achieve KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns




- Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines
- Manage inventory, stock control and loss prevention
- Ensure the security of company assets, particularly inventory
- Oversee team training across product knowledge, sales skills, POS systems and company policies --
- ## About You
- Proven sales leader with a genuine passion for retail
- Minimum 2 years' Store Management experience within jewellery, fashion, accessories or homewares
- Strong leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Australian work rights essential You will be versatile to work across a 5-day roster to meet the needs of the business. Weekend availability is required as part of the 5-day roster. --
