Commercial & Contracts Opportunities | Western Sydney Road Projects We're partnering with a major NSW Government organisation to recruit experienced Commercial & Contracts professionals for major road infrastructure projects across Western Sydney.

Location:
Parramatta + project sites across Blacktown, Penrith and surrounding areas Contract: Initial 6 months with solid extension potential to one year

Requirements:
Road infrastructure experience, D&C; and GC21 contract knowledge, Australian experience, driver's license and full working rights. Willingness to travel 3 days to the office in Western Sydney, and occasional site-based days (depending on Project Demands).
- Senior Commercial Manager | $150-$175/hr + Super
- Lead commercial strategy across multiple road projects
- between 5-10 projects at one time
- Manage teams and provide expert advice on contracts, risk, claims and disputes
- Extensive D&C; contract, leadership and stakeholder management experience required




- Senior Contracts Administrator | $105-$125/hr + Super
- Administer major D&C; contracts (up to $500M)
- Manage variations, claims and contract compliance
- Experience on large road or infrastructure projects essential including GC21 & D&C; contracts
- Contracts Administrator | $80-$95/hr + Super
- Support contract administration across major road projects (up to $100M)
- Assist with claims, variations, reporting and compliance activities
- Experience in construction, roads or infrastructure including GC21 & D&C; contracts Details
- 38-hour week
- Approx. 3 days office/site-based
- Regular site visits required
