About the Role
As a Rail Replacement Bus Driver, you'll play a critical role in keeping Sydney connected when train services are unavailable. You'll safely transport passengers between rail stations, provide exceptional customer service, and represent NSBC with professionalism and pride. This is not short or broken-shift work. Most shifts are approximately 9 to 10 hours, providing meaningful hours and strong earning opportunities. At NSBC, safety,

What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you must hold:
- Current NSW MR Licence (minimum), HR or HC Licence
- Current NSW Bus Driver Authority
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Strong driving history and commitment to safety
- Heavy vehicle driving experience, particularly with 57-seat buses
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, early mornings and night shifts ## Highly Regarded
- Previous rail replacement or charter experience
- Knowledge of Sydney's road network
- Experience operating in high-volume passenger transport environments
