Job Description

- Investigate and document the existing Microsoft Entra ID, on-premises Active Directory and Okta configuration, including how they integrate for identity synchronisation, provisioning, and authentication.
- Extract and analyse directory data and settings, including user attributes, UPNs, email addresses and aliases, groups, application integrations, and access policies.
- Identify source-side requirements and dependencies for migrating Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and associated Teams/Microsoft 365 Groups, including identity mapping, permissions, email domains, and mail flow.
- Complete source-side preparation and remediation, troubleshoot technical issues, and support migration testing, cut-over, and post-migration validation.
- Develop and contribute to technical designs, configuration documentation, implementation plans, migration runbooks, and support handover material.
- Work directly with the migration vendor to resolve technical questions, confirm responsibilities, and ensure the source environment is ready. We need someone with strong practical experience across Entra ID, Active Directory and Okta,



particularly their integration in a hybrid enterprise environment, together with previous experience supporting Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations. Strong PowerShell skills for discovery, reporting and configuration work are also important. The person must be comfortable getting into the technical detail, independently investigating the environment, and turning findings into clear documentation and implementation actions.
