Dotsquares is looking for an approachable, organised conversationalist who enjoys meeting people, building trust and staying connected with clients. You don’t need to be a salesperson or industry expert. We value personality, communication skills, reliability and a genuine interest in people. What you’ll do
* Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
* Stay in regular contact, understand client needs and provide friendly support.
* Act as a reliable point of contact throughout the client relationship.
* Attend client meetings, networking events and business functions with our leadership team.
* Represent Dotsquares in a skilled, approachable way.
* Follow up after meetings and events, keeping conversations and client information organised.
* Support account management and share relevant client opportunities with the team.
* Occasionally travel interstate for meetings and business events. What we’re looking for

* Interested in people, business and learning.
* Comfortable taking initiative in a relaxed, collaborative office. Experience in account management, customer service, client relationships, networking or administration is helpful but not essential. The right attitude, personality and communication skills matter most.
