About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and motivated Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team at Tensegrity Sports Clinics – St Leonards.

Position details:

- Location: St Leonards, Sydney
- Working arrangements: Flexible days and hours
- Start date: As soon as possible, by mutual agreement
- Clinical environment: Established multidisciplinary clinic working alongside chiropractors and physiotherapists

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-quality remedial massage treatments tailored to individual patient needs
- Assessing patients' presenting concerns and developing appropriate treatment plans within your scope of practice




- Maintaining accurate and professional clinical records
- Communicating effectively with patients and other practitioners to support continuity of care
- Contributing to a positive patient experience and collaborative clinic environment
- Participating in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities

About You

We're looking for someone who is approachable, professional and passionate about helping people improve their movement, recovery and wellbeing.

To be considered, you will need:

- A Diploma of Remedial Massage or another qualification appropriate to the duties of the position
- Relevant practical experience or a willingness to develop your clinical skills through mentoring
- Current professional association membership, or eligibility to obtain membership
- Appropriate skilled indemnity and public liability insurance, or the ability to obtain coverage before commencing
- Valid Australian working rights for the duration of the engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and effective time management
