Be the face of Warlocks. As our Member Relationship Officer, you'll run the front desk, welcome every member by name, and turn interested leads into members who love their gym. If you're friendly, driven and love talking to people, this role rewards you for it.
What You'll Do
Your first priority is reception. Your second is growing our membership.
● Welcome and set up members as they walk through the door
● Handle all general tasks on our CRM
● Process payments and sales through our POS
● Keep the reception desk clean, tidy and presentable
● Help create social media content for the gym
● Make sales calls to leads as often as you can, and follow up until they're ready to join
● Convert leads into members and keep them engaged
What We're Looking For
● Confident, upbeat communicator, in person and on the phone
● Customer service, reception or sales experience (gym or hospitality a plus),
though keen beginners with great attitude are welcome
● Comfortable with CRMs and POS systems, or quick to learn
● Qualified and presentable at all times
● Self-motivated and target-driven
● Reliable, punctual and a true team player
● Creative eye for social media content
