ABOUT THE ROLE: Property Strategist

As a Property Strategist, you play a central role in guiding clients through their property investment journey, from initial strategy through to settlement. You act as a trusted professional, helping clients understand their position, make informed decisions, and execute a clear plan aligned with their long-term financial goals.

This role blends strategy, education, and relationship management. You are responsible for managing the full client lifecycle, ensuring clients feel confident, supported, and empowered at every stage of the process.

Your performance directly impacts client outcomes and business growth, making this a critical role within the Stonehhart team.

Location: In Person

Employment Type: Full-Time (Part-Time considered)

Remuneration: Uncapped commissions with industry-leading commission per sale

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities outlined below represent the core expectations of the role and may evolve as the business continues to grow.

- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand each client’s financial position, goals, and risk profile.
- Present tailored property investment strategies aligned with clients’ long-term wealth objectives.
- Guide clients through the end-to-end investment process, from lead engagement through to property settlement.
- Educate clients on strategies to reduce tax, build equity,



and optimise portfolio performance.Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management with purpose and structure.
- Actively prospect and generate new client opportunities through social media, B2B relationships, seminars, and outbound initiatives.
- Deliver professional, clear, and confident communication across all stages of the client journey.Maintain accurate CRM records, including notes, tasks, and stage progression.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentoring, and performance development sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
