Kurnell 1770 Bakery & Cafe is looking for Junior Cafe All-Rounders to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for school students aged 15–17 looking to gain experience in hospitality, customer service and working as part of a friendly local team.

As a Junior Cafe All-Rounder, you will have the opportunity to learn and assist with a range of cafe duties, including customer service, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, cleaning and maintaining the cafe, and supporting the wider team during busy periods.

About the role:

- Providing friendly and welcoming customer service
- Taking customer orders and assisting with counter service
- Assisting with food and drink preparation
- Keeping the cafe clean, organised and presentable
- Supporting other team members during busy periods
- Learning different aspects of cafe and hospitality operations

About you:

- Friendly, reliable and enthusiastic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn




- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Positive communication and customer service skills
- Previous cafe or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to get involved and learn new skills

Availability requirements:

- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday
- Must also be available during school holidays

This position is particularly suited to school students looking for their first job or wanting to gain experience in hospitality.

Pay: $15.00 – $29.00 per hour
