Location: Broome, Western Australia

Type: Full-time

Salary: $71,500 - $78,000, commensurate with skills, experience and responsibilities. Plus superannuation.

Duties:

- Work in a licenced establishment, holding a Responsible Service of Alcohol WA certificate (RSA).

- Open and shut down the bar at start and finish times.

- Supervise the bar and staff.

- Assist in training other bar staff.

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Receive payments and manage Point-Of-Sale.

- Stocktake drinks and snack food items.

- Maintain kegs and supply lines.

- Assist with cleaning of glassware.

- Comply with all licencing, WHS and hygiene regulations.

- Other general bar duties as required.

Essential:

- RSA WA Certificate.





- At least one year of full-time experience as a Bar Supervisor.

- A positive and social personality.

- High level of English language communication skills.

- Able to work in a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.

Desirable:

- Experience working in busy, fast-paced licenced establishments.

Other information:

- Police check may be required.

- Pre-start medical testing may be required. Drug and alcohol testing may be required, with zero tolerance to intoxication at the workplace.
