Reviewing remuneration structures, salary arrangements, employee advantages and employment costs to ensure competitive and compliant employment The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for:

- Developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing human resource management strategies, policies and procedures aligned with organisational objectives.
- Planning and managing recruitment, employee selection, onboarding, induction and workforce planning activities.
- Providing strategic advice to the Company Director and management regarding staffing requirements, employee relations, workplace policies and employment conditions.
- Developing and implementing performance management systems, staff appraisals, employee development plans and training programs.

Pay: $79,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
