Join the Happy Dough Team at Pacific Fair!

Happy Dough is a gluten-free, vegan-friendly dessert store making allergy-inclusive treats for people who usually miss out. We’re opening a brand-new store at Westfield Pacific Fair, and we’re looking for energetic, friendly people to help us launch it.

About the role
You’ll be the face of Happy Dough, serving customers, preparing and presenting our desserts, and making every visit feel special. We’re a close-knit, upbeat team, and we want people who love creating a welcoming experience for everyone, including customers who rarely feel catered for.

What you’ll do

- Greet and serve customers with warmth and enthusiasm
- Prepare and present desserts to our high standards
- Handle orders and payments accurately
- Help keep the store clean, stocked and looking outstanding
- Support your teammates and pitch in wherever needed

About you

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good time management and a positive, energetic attitude
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Interest in allergy-aware food and a willingness to learn about it (we’ll train you!)




- Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.
- Exceptional initiative & rythm. This role is not a sit back on your phone when it’s not busy kind of job. You must be able to think ahead and prepare for the next influx of customers, use your initiative to clean and replenish stock in the brief opportune moments.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Good attention to detail; food preparation and shop cleanliness/presentation.

Hours and flexibility

- Casual role, 20-30 hours per week, with availability across the 7-day trading week
- Great for those wanting regular hours, or for people balancing study or other commitments
- Real opportunities to grow with us as the business expands
