ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Disability Support Workers — both male and female — to join our team providing high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex physical disability needs.
You will be working with NDIS participants across home and community settings. Shifts are available 7 days a week across morning and evening — no overnight shifts.
SHIFT AVAILABILITY
Morning shifts - 2hrs
Evening shifts - 2hrs
Shifts run 7 days a week — no overnight shifts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Medication administration and management - Eye drops
- Community access and social participation
- General household tasks as required
- Accurate documentation and progress notes
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience with medication administration
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Robust communication skills and a genuine commitment to person-centred support
REMUNERATION
Paid in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Industry Award 2010. Casual loading applies. Classification is determined by qualifications and experience.

Pay: From $36.23 per hour
