The Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will:

- Provide one-to-one support tailored to each individual’s goals

- Engage clients in meaningful activities, community outings, and skill-building exercises

- Build genuine relationships based on trust, respect, and positive encouragement

- Create a safe, uplifting environment—where smiles and laughter are part of every day!

Who We’re Looking For

- A passion for helping others and a heart full of compassion

- Positive energy and creative ideas to brighten each client’s day

- Solid communication skills, a team-spirit, and respect for each person’s unique journey

- Certificate III (or above) in Disability, Aged Care or equivalent experience (NDIS experience is a bonus!)

What We’re NOT After

We’re not looking for support workers who:





- Don’t genuinely enjoy being with and supporting participants

- Spend their shift distracted by their phone instead of engaging

- Lack empathy, enthusiasm, or a proactive approach to making each day better
