We are looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated individuals to join our growing team for ongoing waterproofing projects across Sydney and Canberra.
We have opportunities available for both experienced waterproofers and labourers looking to develop their skills within the waterproofing industry.
Employment Type: Casual, with the intention of transitioning to full-time employment for the right candidates.
1. Experienced Waterproofer
We are seeking an experienced waterproofer with solid hands-on experience across various waterproofing systems, including:

- Liquid membrane waterproofing
- PVC membrane waterproofing
- Sheet membrane waterproofing

The successful applicant will:

- Have proven waterproofing experience.
- Take pride in their workmanship and have excellent attention to detail.
- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Complete waterproofing works to a high standard.

2. Labourer / Waterproofing Assistant
We are also looking for a motivated labourer or waterproofing assistant who is keen to learn and develop a career in the waterproofing industry.
Duties will include:

- Cleaning and preparing surfaces and substrates.
- Priming areas ready for waterproofing.




- Assisting with liquid, PVC and sheet membrane waterproofing installations.
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite.

Some waterproofing experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn, a good work ethic and reliability are essential.
For the right person, there is an opportunity to learn the trade, develop new skills and progress into an experienced waterproofer.
