We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Service Technician to join our team in Townsville. This is a great opportunity for someone with practical repair skills who enjoys problem-solving and working directly with customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Attending customer homes to assess and repair furniture.
- Troubleshooting issues and identifying practical repair solutions.
- Providing professional, friendly customer service.
- Completing service reports and photo documentation.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in a hands-on repair, maintenance or technical role.
- Furniture repair experience is highly regarded.
- Good communication and customer service skills.




- A valid driver’s licence is essential.
