Job Summary

Shuey Shing Pty Ltd is an established family-run importer and distributor of Asian groceries supplying Asian supermarkets and independent stores across Melbourne and Australia. We are looking for a full time customer service and administration officer to join our team in Thornbury. You should be self-motivated and highly organised with sales, customer service and administration experience. This is an exciting chance to be part of an expanding business.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

The role will suit an energetic, pro-active all-rounder who thrives in a busy and friendly workplace.

We are looking for someone who is :
Proactive with a can-do attitude.
Super organised, can work under pressure and towards multi-deadlines
High attention to detail
SAP experience or equivalent an advantage




Multi-lingual (Chinese language skill essential - Vietnamese advantageous)

Key Responsibilities
Create driver schedules and coordinate with warehouse for pick packing
Manage sales orders and invoicing
Manage goods return and credit notes
Manage and booking deliveries including courier pick up/interstate pick ups
Resolving customer complaints and escalating them when necessary
Ad hoc and general admin duties

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
