Are you a "jack-of-all-trades" who enjoys a mix of desk work and physical activity? We are seeking a versatile and proactive Office & Warehouse Allrounder to join our team based in Miranda. This is a unique role where no two days are the same—you’ll be the face of our office one moment and the engine of our warehouse the next.

The Role

This position bridges the gap between our administrative operations and our physical inventory. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately, customers are served with a smile, and the warehouse remains organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Administration :
Customer Service : Greeting walk-in customers, handling phone inquiries, and providing product information.
Order Management : Preparing and writing up sales orders with high attention to detail.
Financial & Data Entry : Processing invoices and accurately entering recent stock into the system.

Warehouse & Logistics :
Inbound Freight : Receiving incoming goods and safely operating a walk-behind forklift .
Inventory Control : Organizing stock and ensuring everything is in its right place.
Dispatch : Packing orders securely and booking freight/couriers for daily pickups.
Deliveries : Completing a dedicated delivery route one day per week .





Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be adaptable, tech-savvy, and physically capable.
Licensing : Must hold a valid Driver’s License and be proficient in driving a manual vehicle (required for weekly deliveries).
Technical Skills : Robust computer literacy for invoicing and stock entry.
Experience : Previous experience in both an office environment and a warehouse setting is highly regarded.
Forklift Skills : Experience operating a walk-behind forklift (pedestrian stacker).
Attributes : High level of initiative —we’re looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and does it without being asked.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
